What we board up

Board up is about the openings in your walls:

Our process

1. Safety check. We look over the opening and the area around it, clear loose glass and debris from the frame, and make sure the space is safe to work in.

2. Photos before we cover anything. The damage is photographed as found, so you have a record for your insurance company before the plywood goes up.

3. Cut to fit. Plywood is measured and cut to the size of each opening rather than leaning a loose sheet against it.

4. Fasten it securely. Each board is fastened to the frame or the surrounding structure so it holds against wind and keeps people out.

5. Next steps. You get a plain account of what was secured and what still needs repair. If rain or a burst line got inside, we can also handle the water cleanup and drying.
